My astrological sign is cancer, so I am a water sign.  This means that when I need to settle my mind or I’m just feeling out of sorts,  then I drive to the ocean.  Smell the salt air.  Hear the roll of the surf.  Put my toes in water.   When I really need to recharge and I’m lucky enough to find some free time, I put the kayak on top of the car and head to Hull, MA. The view is my kayak in Weir River in Hull, MA.  It’s like my home away from home! Find your home away from home and go there when you need it!
